Firebreak Inspection Brochure
The Firebreak Inspection application has been designed to automate the recording, reporting and maintenance of Firebreak Inspections. Utilising a Windows Mobile device with integrated camera and GPS to provide real time mapping, it allows the inspecting officer to access corporate property information and complete forms based data capture. Data is then synchronised with a desktop PC for the automated preparation and management of infringement notices.
Process
The system is based on a mobile mapping application using standard Windows Mobile devices with integrated GPS and camera technology.
Corporate property information and previous inspection history of a property (second year inspection onwards) is synchronised automatically on the device, allowing the inspecting officer to undertake inspections efficiently, while also comparing recorded information associated with the property.
Once field inspections are complete and the inspecting officer has returned to the office, Firebreak Inspection details can now be combined with a wide range of corporate information and automated reports can be produced from a simple graphical user interface.

We recognise the need for our application to fit in with processes that are specific to your organisation. As part of the installation we are able to customise the application. Data entry fields and drop down menu components are all configurable. Infringement Notices are also created to suit your organisations specific requirements.
