DMS Launches Two New Support Initatives

We are very pleased to announce the launch of two initiatives designed to enhance our technical support services and assist our clients in maximizing their investment in our technology.  

Online Knowledge Base

The first initiative now available to clients is the DMS Online Knowledge Base.  With over 60 articles already published covering the IntraMaps suite of applications, MapServer and SQL Server 2008 Spatial, we believe this will become a valuable tool for the DMS community.

Clients who wish to access the Knowledge Base should email joanne.smith@mapsolutions.com.au to obtain a login if they have not already done so.

Support Centre

At DMS we pride ourselves on providing a high level of technical support to our clients.  To assist in delivering this service we have launched a new online support centre that will streamline the way in which we deal with client support queries.  Users will be able to track the progress of their support enquiries as well as reviewing the past history of support requests and associated resolutions.  The process automatically commences when a support request is lodged with DMS.
